I have a wide range of experience, working with everyone from office and manual workers, children to seniors, elite athletes, weekend warriors, professional musicians, stage performers and first-responders.

I provide one-on-one treatments for the entire appointment, with longer than average appointment times.  Patients are actively engaged for optimum results including the use of state-of-the-art exercise prescription software that allows videos at home on your mobile device.

Easy street parking.  Struggling with childcare?  Kids are welcome to attend your appointment with you. (Currently unavailable due to Covid-19 protocols.)

Virtual Treatment
Virtual physiotherapy (Tele-health) is an effective way to received physiotherapy from your own home or work site via your computer, tablet or phone.  This may be an option for you when dealing with COVID-19 restrictions, childcare, work schedule, bad weather or travel.

Medical Accupuncture
Medical acupuncture, also known as "Western Acupuncture", is a therapeutic evidence-based technique used by health care practitioners for treating pain and anxiety, and encouraging healing.
Vestibular / Concussion Therapy
Vestibular rehabilitation is an exercise-based program, used by physiotherapists, to improve the symptoms of BPPV and vertigo which may include poor balance, dizziness and nausea.  Symptoms can originate from the Vestibular system which is part of the inner ear and the parts of the brain that control your balance and eye movements. Similar techniques can also be used in the treatment of concussion symptoms.
Manual Therapy / Massage
Manual therapy describes a variety of hands-on  mobilization techniques used in the treatment of joints, soft tissues, musculoskeletal pain and other disability. Sports and Remedial Massage therapy is the hands-on manipulation of the soft tissues of your body, specifically the muscles, connective tissues, tendons and ligaments to aid optimization of your movement and well-being.
Dry Needling / IMS
Dry Needling is a treatment technique applied into a muscle with a sterile, single-use, fine filament needle (acupuncture needle).   The  needle is inserted into specific locations, detected by the therapist,  known as myofascial trigger points (knots in the muscle) that are instantly released, thus restoring function.
